You are tiny and it reminded me a bit of Counter-Strike's de_rats map. The red key nightmare has you navigate a small pantry room from the bottom to the top to pull the light switch to wake up. The red key by the way is at your starting location in the trunk of your car. It requires the same setup as the green key but then requires you to do some Mary Poppins to the hanging room on the side of the house.

Here's a hint on how to disable the magnet. Obtaining the green key requires some parkour to the roof and disabling the magnet room. The green key door can be accessed on the first floor of the house next to the elevator. They can be accessed with the red and green key. However, the only way to "beat" it is to complete two nightmares because each nightmare grants you a new power on completion. Unlike the other builds, this one actually lets you play a short bit in the basement to get to the ending. The object of the game is still the same, get to the basement. This is how the almost final house looks like. In Alpha 4 though, we have different times of day, which cycles through every time you get caught by the neighbor. The image below is from Alpha 3 - so dark! The flashlight was absolutely necessary to traverse the entire game. In Alpha 3, the game was always pitch dark. This build is far more fun than the previous build. It also features a new logo, which I'm digging. Alpha 4's features showcases a near final house and AI. I was worried that the game was dead since there were no news about a new build (they did do a teaser on April 28th to announce Alpha 4). After four months of silence, last Thursday (May 4th), tinyBuild has released Hello Neighbor's latest build - Alpha 4.
